Anyone dissatisfied with this product does not understand how it works. It is not primarily a lubricant. It has a specific B vitamin in it that is carried down underneath the skin by the Vibrel preparation. This B vitamin improves circulation. For certain types of dysfunction, the improvement in circulation makes a dramatic difference. It was suggested by my Doctor because of problems related to diabetes. I could not believe that I paid $19.95 for a .1 oz tube of this stuff! The only way it would help is if you used the whole tube each time. Definitely not worth the cost!
